I’m Elizabeth Plant, Dip. VTCT MIAHC PTTLLS and this blog is to write down my thoughts on various complementary health issues, educate and share recipes and discuss perceptions.

My biography:
Elizabeth Plant is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellbeing Coach, Healthy Eating Advisor and is also a clinical massage therapist, reflexologist and educator.    She resides in the UK, is the mother to a teenager and loves working with clients one-to-one hands-on to help with aches and pains and uses Skype to coach globally.  She recently completed the first year of a degree in osteopathy and holds a certificate in Soft Tissue Release.  Her mission is to support people who want to change from feeling distressed out and exhausted to living more joyfully and stress-free.  She teaches her clients to transform their beliefs around eating and lifestyle habits so they take the actions they need to sleep better, laugh more, and live holistically instead of only thinking about what could be.

As well as the above, I’m a mother to one child, former home educator (homeschooler), published book reviewer, and Dungeons & Dragons fan.   In my past I’ve worked in admin, as a PA, book editor and as a speech and language therapy assistant.  I have a love of nature and holistic health.  I also love taking photos of food and herbs.

Would you like to work with me?  If you live in Cheshire, UK then you can book in for my hands on therapies – massage or reflexology.  If you live anywhere else as long as you have access to the internet than we can work together with my health coaching services (via Skype).  You can find me here on the web at Springtime Holistics and here.

Disclaimer:   Complementary therapies are complementary to mainstream medical care.  Please note I am unable to diagnose medical conditions, nor am I able to offer medical advice.  Complementary/holistic therapies, such as Massage Therapy and Reflexology, are not intended to replace medical advice or medical treatment, nor do they claim to “cure”. If you have an issue of a medical nature that is giving you concern then please seek the advice of your G.P. or doctor first and foremost.

Affiliate disclosure:  please note that I sometimes write about products or services that I have used. Many (but not all) of the links on my blog and website are affiliate links. Sometimes I receive a small affiliate commission if a purchase is made.  These purchases help to support me and my family  which allows us to to eat and me to continue training and studying to give the best service I can to my clients.  I only endorse products and services that I have personally used and feel worked well and that I would recommend and purchase regardless of whether I received a commission or not.
