Being rather than doing

As a holistic Health & Wellness Coach one important distinction I make with clients is not only to help them achieve their goals by doing them but by being them.

What does this mean?  Coaching is about transformation. It’s about making new and better habits that change how we interact with and feel about the world around us.  When you feel completely at ease with your food and lifestyle choices and they go from conscious to unconscious choices that are who and how you are now then not only have you achieved your goals, you have entered a better way of being.
